Chillin'

>> Monday, February 9, 2009

The "girls level" in our house is cold. Like "meat locker" cold. There are heat vents in the rooms, but it's still cold. Both girls sleep with electric blankets. We also have a space heater with a thermostat that we put in the hallway to ward off the chill.

Well, someone ...or a couple of someone's...whom shall remain nameless *cough- Todd and Alex-cough* shoved some chips from the Strawberry Shortcake game into the heater.

Let's just say that it made a really awesome sound when I turned it on!

And that the only way to get the chips out was to dismantle the heater.

Kurt thinks it might have been quicker to go to "Volde-Mart" and buy a new one. It definitely would have been less of a pain for him.
Thanks, honey! :o)

Ha ha... well not so much for having cleaning it out but man kids can ruin anything eh? We had a little space heater on downstairs, I went up to go to the bathroom and came down and it was tipped down. The little notch on the bottom is suppose to turn off if it's not face up but it's broke. It started to melt the plastif on the heater. Thankfully it didn't burn the carpet yeesh!

Hey that samething happened to us and they are a pain to take apart and putting back together was a joke. But good thing Scott has a pretty handy wife, it must be a Farnsworth trait!
